- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I went in for an annual physical paid for by the insurance company. Apparently I asked a question of Mr. Sharpe that wasn't included in the "OK to ask" questions in a physical because they billed it as a regular office visit. The billing office was unresponsive and hard to work with. I asked them to check the coding. Patty said she would and then call me back. One month later I had to leave 4 voicemail messages and wait 4 days to get a response. When I did get a response I was informed that the doctor had let her know 2 days ago that because of the items discussed it was a regular office visit and the code would not be changed. Regardless of whether my visit should have been a physical or an office visit, my trust of the office/billing staff is gone. I will not be returning.December 01, 2016by Steve Gittins
